1998年于郑州工业大学完成本科、硕士阶段学习,2001年于中科院固体所取得博士学位。曾先后在德国马普学会金属研究所、日本产业技术综合研究院,日本物质材料研究机构从事科学研究工作,2007获聘中科院合肥物质科学研究院创新岗位研究员,博士生导师,入选中科院“<>计划”,现任中科院合肥物质科学研究院研究生处主任,曾任固体所科研项目办公室主任。

     主要从事极端及温和条件下纳米晶生长与物理化学性能探索的研究工作,主持和参加包括国家自然科学基金面上、重点,中科院<>计划,国家纳米重大研究计划,合肥研究院人才基金等科研项目多项。

     迄今在国际刊物发表SCI学术论文87篇,其中大部分的论文发表在《先进材料》、《材料化学》、《先进功能材料》、《物理化学》、《应用物理快报》、《化学通讯》等期刊上,其中影响因子大于3的论文50多篇,研究成果的创新性得到同行广泛认可,论文他引3000余次,百次以上他引论文10篇,单篇最高引用330余次,申请专利16项,已授权8项。
