演讲内容介绍:

Superlattices were fabricated by means of thermal evaporation, PLD, and electro-plating. Their structural and physical behaviors were analyzed by XRD, MOKE, VSM, etc.

Selected instrumentation for fabrications and characterizations will also be discussed.
