研究领域

高血压、糖尿病、肥胖、血脂异常、脑卒中、冠心病等心血管代谢性疾病是遗传与环境因素共同作用引起的复杂性疾病,揭示和阐明引起心血管代谢性疾病的遗传和环境因素,是实现心血管代谢性疾病防治的重要基础。本人及所在团队近年来一直从事心血管代谢性疾病流行病学研究,于2015年7月-2017年9月采用“百万级自然人群国家大型健康队列”示范队列提供的技术、标准和规范,在河南省驻马店市遂平县(豫南)、新乡市新乡县(豫北)、开封市通许县(豫东)、三门峡义马市(豫西)和许昌禹州市(豫中)等5个地区10个乡镇开展常见慢性病前瞻性研究,以当地39259名18-79岁常住居民为研究人群,在知情并签署知情同意书的前提下,建立具有人群和地域特色的前瞻性人群队列——河南农村队列,旨在:掌握现阶段农村成年人群中高血压、糖尿病、肥胖、血脂异常、脑卒中、冠心病、癌症、骨质疏松和精神障碍等常见慢性病的流行特征;评估农村常见慢性病的疾病负担;阐明农村地区常见慢性病患病率和危险因素的变化规律;分析农村环境因素、生活方式和遗传因素对常见慢性病的影响;建立农村常见慢性病发病率和死亡率的风险评估模型;探讨农村常见慢性病的病因和发病机制。河南农村队列详细信息可参见https://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/pubmed/30915440Liu X, et al. 通过“河南农村队列”人群的前瞻性随访,动态分析心血管代谢性疾病流行特征及影响因素,筛选中国人群心血管代谢性疾病特有的遗传标志物,应用数据挖掘技术建立个体化的心血管代谢性疾病风险评估系统,制定适合中国农村人群或社区的慢性病干预措施,实现预防医学研究成果的有效转化,藉此取得国际领先的原创性研究成果。
