7. 研究工作介绍

    围绕“人类可持续发展”全球发展战略与“健康中国”国家发展战略中“生态环境对下一代健康影响”核心科学问题,在国际上率先开展生命早期(孕期)污染暴露对儿童出生后健康影响研究,发现了室内外空气污染在儿童疾病(过敏与感染)发生与发展过程中的重要作用与关键证据,成果丰富与发展了“疾病胎儿起源DOHaD”学说,为解决困扰世界的儿童过敏性疾病快速增加难题、显著降低全球儿童疾病沉重负担、有效预防与降低儿童疾病提出了新的科学策略(减少孕期污染暴露)。

    研究成果得到美、英、德、澳、荷兰、捷克、丹麦、新西兰及我国等12个国家27位院士(包括“疾病胎儿起源”学说核心创始人/新西兰总理首席科技顾问/新西兰国家勋章得主/多个国家院士Peter Gluckman、英国医学院院士/大英帝国勋章得主Aziz Sheikh、我国工程院院士/共和国勋章得主钟南山等世界顶级科学家)在国际著名期刊(包括柳叶刀Lancet、BMJ等)高度评价。

    学术成果入选8个国际共识文件、国际组织官方文件或国家指南,包括:美国科学-工程-医学科学院共识研究报告《海湾战争与健康》、世界过敏组织WAO《空气污染致过敏性鼻炎国际专家共识》、世界百余位专家共同主笔的《过敏与鼻炎国际共识声明》、美国胸科学会ATS官方文档《室外空气污染与呼吸道疾病》、国际呼吸学会联盟FIRS官方报告《空气污染与非传染性疾病》、国际中耳炎学会ISOM官方报告《低收入国家与弱势人群中耳炎和相关听力损失》、意大利儿童学会《儿童急性中耳炎预防指南》、土耳其耳鼻咽喉头颈外科学会《过敏性鼻炎的诊断与治疗指南》等。
