二、个性化内容:

1.个人研究领域

本人及团队成员主要致力于营养与慢性疾病、天然产物活性、微量元素代谢方面的研究,已取得了诸多研究成果。先后探究了黄酮类化合物的抗氧化应激活性、调控铁稳态及改善糖尿病认知功能障碍的功效,分别对非瑟酮、白藜芦醇、杨梅素、黑灵芝多糖等多种天然产物的生理活性作了大量且深入的研究,发表了多篇SCI文章。另外,在营养与慢性疾病人群研究方面也作了系列研究,系统评价一些慢性疾病的发病因素和干预措施在受试者中的有效性和安全性,对营养与慢性疾病的联系有着科学全面的认识。前期深入分析了微量元素的摄入与食管癌发病率的关系,且正在开展多个人群研究方面的课题。此外,本课题组针对铁死亡及心血管疾病等国际前沿热点正进行深入的研究。
