个人简介

张彦杰,男,博士,1986年生,硕士研究生导师。目前主要从事植物天然药物与功能活性物质的代谢组学分析与分子调控机理研究,致力于通过基因编辑和代谢工程的方法开展天然活性物质的生物合成与新资源材料的创制。主要研究内容如下:

1.重要作物果实风味与营养物质的代谢组学分析与分子调控机理研究;

2.抗肿瘤药物冬凌草甲素与鬼臼素的生物合成与分子机理研究;

3.以酵母和番茄等高等生物为模式材料,通过基因编辑和代谢工程的方法进行功能活性物质的生物合成与新资源材料的创制。

以第一作者或共同作者在J AGR FOOD CHEMMolecular breedingScientific ReportsPlant Physiology and BiochemistryPlant Cell ReportsJournal of Plant Growth Regulation等国际学术刊物上发表研究性论文13篇。其中,以第一作者发表高水平SCI 论文4篇(3篇为TOP期刊),以其它共同作者发表高水平SCI 论文9篇;发表的SCI论文总的影响因子累计接近40,在Web of Science 核心合集数据库中被引频次超过100。目前担任BMC genomicsJ AGR FOOD CHEM等期刊的审稿人主持及参与国家自然科学基金、河南省科技合作项目、郑州大学优秀青年发展基金及青年教师启动基金等多项国家与省部级科研项目。
