报告摘要：With the use of cancer immunotherapy has obtained a more prominent application in the clinic, better understanding of complex relationships between the tumor and immunity microenvironments is critical to design successful therapeutic protocol. In this talk, I will introduce the recent progress and our work in mathematical modeling of tumor-immune ecosystem. Qualitative and quantitative results will help to guide the identification of targets for combinatorial therapy to overcome mechanisms of resistance to immune therapy.
