应学院及我院胡泽军教授的邀请，清华大学李海中教授和云南师范大学郭震教授将于5月25-26日前来郑州大学进行学术访问，并就共同感兴趣的微分几何课题展开深入地交流与研讨。访问期间，李海中教授和郭震教授将分别做学术报告。报告的具体安排如下：

一．报告题目：Conformal Einstein manifolds

报告人：郭震教授

时间：2019年5月25日（星期六）下午16:00—17:00.

内容提要：A Riemannian manifold is called a conformal Einstein manifold, if its metric can be conformally deformed to an Einstein metric. In this talk, we introduce following result and its proof: sphere is unique compact Riemannian manifold with positive constant scalar curvature, the metric of which can be conformally, nontrivially, deformed to an Einstein metric; a compact Riemannian manifold with non-positive constant scalar curvature cannot be conformally, nontrivially, deformed to an Einstein manifold. Consequently, we use a conformal invariant to present one kind of classification of the compact conformal Einstein manifolds.

二．报告题目：Curvature flows for hypersurfaces and some geometric applications

内容提要：In this talk, we give some important properties of curvature flows for hypersurfaces in space forms. By use of the properties of curvature flows, we prove some new geometric inequalities for such hypersurfaces.
