围绕电子器件功耗过高,响应模式单一,光电响应机制不明晰等科学问题,开展低功耗逻辑电路及神经形态仿生突触器件相关研究,在Advanced Materials, Advanced Functional Materials,Energy & Environmental Science, Materials Horizons, Small, ACS Applied Materials & Interfaces等杂志发表学术论文25余篇。主持/参与科研项目5项,包括:面上项目1项;中科院战略性先导科技项目1项;军委科技委项目1项;陕西省科技厅重点项目1项,中央高校基本科研业务费1项,一作授权专利1项等。 |
