研究介绍: |
主要从事开发无铅双无机钙钛矿太阳能电池,以及含铅全无机钙钛矿太阳能电池大面积制备技术,以及Raman,TEM在半导体以及光伏电池结构表征中的应用等,发表SCI高水平文章46篇,其中一作/通讯文章10余篇,包括Advanced Functional Materials,Advanced Science,JMCA,ACS AMI等,申报专利5项。主持国家自然科学基金委青年项目1项、国家博士后科学基金委资助面上项目1项、郑州大学优秀青年教师专项基金1项、河南省科技厅科技攻关项目1项、河南省面上项目1项、军工横向课题1项。参与国家自然科学基金委重点项目(培育)1项、国家自然科学基金委面上项目2项、面上项目1项。 |
