主要从事高分子可控/“活性”自由基聚合新方法的开发、基于“活性”自由基聚合的高性能化学增幅型KrF/ArF光刻胶树脂开发、非线性共聚物纳米反应器制备及其在功能半导体材料中的应用、高分子解聚方法的开发。从2012年至今,已在Science、Sci. Adv.、Nat. Comm、PNAS、J. Am. Chem. Soc.、Angew. Chem. Int. Ed.、Adv. Mater.等国际核心期刊上发表90余篇SCI学术论文,引用近5000余次,H-index34。 |
