面向亚2纳米节点晶体管器件对新型非硅半导体材料的重大需求,围绕材料生长与器件加工科学问题,开展薄膜合成-物性调控-器件集成研究,主持国家自然科学基金面上项目2项,在Adv. Mater.等期刊发表论文50余篇,授权国家发明专利3项。 |
