研究介绍: |
围绕半导体气敏材料在复杂环境下高效选择性与长效稳定性协同提升的关键科学问题,通过构建异质界面能带调控机制,开展材料表界面缺陷优化与活性位点精准设计研究,实现对低浓度气体的选择性高灵敏度识别,掌握气敏材料成分分布和纳米微结构对气敏性能的增强作用。目前,以子课题负责人主持“郑州市协同创新重大专项”子课题1项;主持河南省科学基金项目1项,河南省科技攻关项目1项,中国博士后科学基金面上项目1项,河南省博士后科研项目1项,郑州大学师资博士后专项科研项目1项,郑州大学2024年度教改项目1项;发表各类学术论文50余篇,SCI收录论文40余篇,以第一/通讯作者发表郑州大学“三类高质量论文”期刊论文(SCI收录论文)30余篇(影响因子之和>120),其中中科院一区论文20余篇,被引968,H因子19。申请国家发明专利5项。 |
