研究介绍: |
围绕柔性存储器阻变机制不明确的问题,开展光电双/多稳态有机光电材料设计合成、器件性能和机制研究,在低能耗有机光电存储、拓扑聚合半导体和高效光热转换等领域取得重要成果,主持国家自然科学基金、省自然科学基金等项目5项,发表第一/通讯作者SCI文章23篇,授权5项发明专利。 |
