研究介绍:

主要金属材料表面涂层及表面冶金化过程研究,主持了国家自然科学青年基金、河南省高等学校重点科研项目、河南省科技攻关、河南省重点研发计划子课题。近年来以第一或者通讯作者发表论文40余篇,授权专利10余项。创新性成果(1)为了应对工况(超)亚临界水腐蚀环境下的挑战,利用OSi到达界面的动力学差异效应,获得Zr-O-Si新结构相,构筑致密的多级防护结构。(2)发展了锆硅基多元涂层体系,提出硅化-氧化竞争性的相选择理论,实现了多组元涂层原位向均一氧化物转变的原子尺度调控机制。(3)提出了辐照、氧化、载荷等复杂环境下锆合金以及中间相的结构演变规律和稳定化机制。
