Notice on organizing and launching the 2021 postgraduate international school project

According to the "Zhengzhou University First-class University Construction Plan" and the "Zhengzhou University Graduate International Summer School Implementation Measures", in order to further enhance the internationalization of our school's graduate education, the 2021 "Zhengzhou University Graduate International School" project is now launched. The relevant content is as follows:

1. Time

   The postgraduate international school is scheduled to be held from mid-July to August 1, 2021. The teaching time should be no less than 32 hours, and in principle should be no less than 7 days. Each postgraduate international school can adjust according to needs.

2. Participants

   All PhD students and master students (including doctoral and master students with scientific degrees and professional degrees), those who have participated in international school courses last year are not required to participate. Starting from the grade 2019, one credit of the "International Academic Exchange" compulsory course has been added to the training program for academic degree doctoral students. Doctoral students can receive this credit if they participate in the summer school and pass the examination during the semester.

3. Teaching method

4. The online teaching method is conducted in English. The online teaching tool is recommended to use "Rain Class". Teachers should be strictly checked to use English during the class.

5. The instructors should be well-known professors and experts from first-class universities at home and abroad, and are competent for teaching in English. Each international school has at least 1-2 foreign professors and experts.
