The paper elaborates on the definition of multi-modal & multi-objective optimization problem, and designs a new multi-modal & multi-objective particle swarm optimization algorithm without introducing new parameter to solve this problem, this paper has also built a multi-modal & multi-objective optimization test platform, including test function set and evaluation index.
