翟科杰,工学博士,郑州大学水利与交通学院研究员,国家博新计划人才、河南省青年拔尖人才、河南省高层次人才。主要从事长距离输调水管道服役性能评估、加固修复与地下供排水管网灾变防控等方面研究,主持国家自然科学基金项目、中国博士后面上项目、河南省自然科学基金项目、全国重点实验室开放基金项目等多项。以第一作者/通讯作者身份发表学术论文50余篇,授权专利20余项,担任多本期刊青年编委。
