个人简介

左其亭,男,郑州大学水利与交通学院教授/博导,主要研究方向为人水关系科学与和谐调控,区域水环境与水资源管理。任黄河生态保护与区域协调发展研究院院长,水科学研究中心主任,河南省水循环模拟与水环境保护国际联合实验室主任。兼任中国自然资源学会副理事长、国际水资源学会中国委员会(CWRA)副主席、中英资源与环境协会(UK-CARE)联席主席、中国水资源战略研究会理事等。

主持国家自然科学基金重点项目1项和面上项目5项、国家社会科学基金重大项目1项和青年项目1项、国家基础科技专项课题1项、国家重点研发计划课题1项以及其他研究项目51项,发表SCI、EI及核心期刊论文360余篇,出版学术专著21部、本科教材4部、研究生教材2部,入选“中国百篇最具影响国内学术论文”、斯坦福“全球前2%顶尖科学家”榜单,爱思唯尔中国高下载学者,创立了人水关系学、人水和谐论,研究成果应用于生态文明建设、国家水网建设、水利现代化建设、最严格水资源管理、水灾害防控、智慧水利、双碳目标、高质量发展、新质生产力等国家重大需求,以及黄河、淮河、塔里木河、博斯腾湖等流域,河南、新疆、宁夏、内蒙古、河北、山西、湖北、安徽等省区,南水北调、引江济淮等重大水利工程,为国家和区域发展提供科技支撑。
