研究生创新中心英语俱乐部在研究生院、党委研究生工作部的直接领导下开展工作，旨在为广大研究生提供一个英语学习和交流的平台。本学期俱乐部将按计划定期举行英语角活动。现将本期活动安排公布如下：

一、主题（Topic）：

“Love yourself： The Art of Caring for Yourself”

（"爱你老己"：关怀自己的艺术）

二、讨论内容（Discussion）：

1.你如何理解“爱你老己”？它是否意味着自私？

How do you understand “loving yourself”? Does it mean being selfish?

2.在研究生生活中，面对科研挫折、同辈压力以及过度劳累等，你如何通过具体的小行动来践行“爱自己”，从而在追求卓越与善待自己之间找到平衡？

In the life of a graduate student, when confronted with setbacks in research, peer pressure and overwork, how do you practice "loving yourself" through specific small actions to strike a balance between striving for excellence and being kind to yourself?

3.为什么许多人觉得“爱自己”很难？你遇到过哪些阻碍？

Why do many people find it hard to love themselves? What obstacles have you faced?

4.你认为“爱自己”与“爱他人”之间应该保持怎样的平衡？爱自己和爱他人所获得的有什么不同？

What kind of balance should be kept between loving yourself and loving others?What is the difference between self-love and loving others?

三、具体流程（Specific Process）：

1.自我介绍：用英语向大家介绍自己，结交新朋友、提高社交能力。

2.多轮游戏环节：与主题相关的小游戏帮助大家快速拉近距离，建立英语视听说自信心。

3.讨论环节：主题讨论给每个人特定的分享与展示的舞台；自由讨论为英语交流提供更好的平台。

4.合照留念：在英语角留下美好回忆。

活动时间：4月16日（周四）晚19:00-21:00
