简历:

戴庆,国家纳米科学中心主任助理、科技处处长、中科院特聘研究员,博士生导师。曾获第十五届中国青年科技奖和国家杰出青年科学基金资助。现任英国皇家化学会会士,军委科技委主题专家。

2003-07年在英国帝国理工大学完成本硕连读课程(MEng)2011年在英国剑桥大学获得博士学位,随后在剑桥大学光电子研究中心从事博士后研究工作。2012年当选剑桥大学Wolfson学院Junior Research Fellow,同年5月加入国家纳米科学中心。

主要从事纳米材料光子性能调控与器件研究,通过调控材料极化激元实现微纳尺度光压缩与转化功能,为下一代高速光电子芯片提供关键光电互联方案。成果包括:成功将入射光波长压缩百倍引入芯片,解决因衍射极限导致的光电互联模块尺寸失配问题;利用自主研制的国内首台低温(30K)近场显微镜,设计新模式异质结将SPP寿命提升十倍达到皮秒量级,满足芯片中波导传输需求;在单壁碳管中首次观测光场电子隧穿效应,获得高时空相干飞秒超快电子源,实现高速电光信号转换。已在Nature Photon.、Nature Commun.、Adv. Mater.、Phys. Rev. Lett.等国际知名学术期刊发表SCI论文105篇,相关成果被Nature等科学媒体高亮报道。申请国家发明专利42项,授权16项。作为执行主席举办了香山科学会议、ChinaNANO 光子学分会等高水平学术会议。现担任Nanoscale期刊副主编和Nature、Nature Materials等期刊的特约审稿人。
