个人简历：

   1986年07月毕业于兰州大学数学力学系计算数学专业，获理学学士学位；

   1999年07月毕业于武汉理工大学计算机应用技术专业，获工学硕士学位；

   2006年07月毕业于华东师范大学无线电物理学专业，获理学博士学位；

   2005年聘为教授。

教学概况：

   目前承担本科生线性代数等课程的讲授。

研究领域：

   半导体纳米材料与器件

   在上述研究领域中，发表SCI收录论文30余篇，主持和参与完成国家自然科学基金面上项目二项、河南省科技厅项目3项。
