Jie Wang received the Ph.D. degree from Zhejiang University, China. Visiting scholar and guest professor of Technical University of Munich and University of Bremen in 1991～1992,and in 2000～2001, respectively. He is a Professor of the School of Electrical Engineering, Zhengzhou University, China. He has authored more than 70 research articles in peer-reviewed journals and international conferences.
