Quan Sui，Ph.D. lecturer, graduated from the School of Electrical and Electronic Engineering at Huazhong University of Science and Technology in 2022. Currently, he mainly focuses on the power system and integrated energy system planning and optimal scheduling. In recent years, he has published more than 30 SCI papers and 10 EI papers.
