研究方向与特色:
主要以开发新型的功能核酸(如核酸适配体、 siRNA 等)为目标,在肿瘤
细胞特异性核酸适配体的筛选和性能研究、肿瘤早期诊断的功能核酸分子探针
的设计和构建以及肿瘤的化学治疗、基因干预、蛋白调控等领域开展相关研究
