二、研究方向

1.纳米发光材料与光电器件:碳纳米点,石墨烯量子点,纳米金刚石等发光材料制备及其相关应用,如化学发光传感器,电致发光器件,生物荧光成像等;

2.纳米宽带隙材料制备与应用:刚石,氧化锌等宽带隙材料纳米化并应用于紫外光电探测,电致发光器件,生物荧光成像等。

三、学术成果

迄今,在“Adv. Mater.”、“Adv. Sci.”、“Chem. Mater.”、“Carbon”等发表学术论文多篇,其中以第一或者通讯作者发表论文十余篇,包括中科院一区论文7篇,申请科研发明专利4项。主持中国国家自然科学基金青年基金项目、中国博士后科学基金特别资助项目、中国博士后科学基金面上项目、河南省自然科学基金面上项目各一项。
