1.低维压电半导体材料的可控合成及相关异质结器件的界面调控研究

2.基于超薄二维半导体材料的柔性可穿戴电子/光电器件构筑与系统集成

3.高性能摩擦纳米发电机的研制及其在自驱动智能传感系统中的应用

基于相关研究成果,迄今在Advanced Materials, Advanced Functional Materials, ACS Nano, Nano Energy, Materials Today Nano等学术期刊上发表SCI论文40余篇,其中第一/共同第一作者论文12篇,论文SCI总引用1300余次,h因子23。
