一、个人简介

1995年6月在郑州大学物理系凝聚态物理硕士学位,1998年6月获复旦大学物理系凝聚态物理专业博士学位。1998年-2000年在复旦大学化学系从事博士后研究工作。2000年10月-2000年12月,在意大利米兰大学材料系做访问学者。2001年-2003年在德国马普协会Fritz-Haber研究所作为洪堡学者从事合作研究。2004年3月-2004年5月在中科院大连化物所做访问学者。2004年-2006年在美国普林斯顿大学化学系做全职研究员(Research Staff),从事有关半导体掺杂和纳米器件电子输运性质的研究工作。2006年8月至今在郑州大学物理学院任教授。

二、研究方向

主要从事过渡金属及其氧化物表面的催化机理、半导体材料的掺杂、纳米材料和器件的电子输运性质、金属半导体表面生长、储氢新材料及负热膨胀材料机理等方面的研究工作。在表面物理和化学、纳米器件的电子输运、晶体表面生长及负热膨胀材料等研究领域取得了一些研究成果。

三、代表性成果

主持国家自然科学基金1项;河南省高校创新人才项目1项。先后在Angew.Chem. Int. Ed., Phys. Rev. B, J .Phys. Chem. B等国际著名SCI刊物上发表论文70多篇。
