段智勇,男,汉族,生于1974.1,四川省旺苍县人,中共党员,工学博士;现任郑州大学物理学院、微电子学院教授;物理电子学、集成电路科学与工程、电子信息专业硕士研究生导师;主持国家科技部外专项目1项、国家自然科学基金2项、省自然科学基金重点项目1项、省教育厅科技创新团队1项,省教育厅教研重点项目1项、省教育厅骨干教师项目1项,参与国家自然科学基金项目2项;发表科研论文80余篇,其中SCI检索55篇, EI检索23篇;申请中国发明专利15项,已获得授权12项;指导物理电子学专业、电子信息专业硕士研究生毕业32人、在读11人;河南省普通高等学校“电子信息类”教学指导委员会副主任委员(2021-2025)、河南省高校青年骨干教师(2013)、河南省高校科技创新团队带头人(2018-2019)、河南省优秀硕士毕业论文指导教师(2013,2016)。
