1. 个人基本情况:

史志锋,河南商丘人,1987年生,郑州大学物理学院教授,博士研究生导师,国家“万人计划”青年拔尖人才,河南省杰出青年科学基金获得者,河南省高层次人才,河南省高校科技创新团队带头人。2015年6月毕业于吉林大学,获微电子学与固体电子学专业博士学位,所撰写的博士学位论文被评为中国电子教育学会“首届优秀博士学位论文”。2015年7月至今在郑州大学物理学院任教。2019-2020年赴新加坡南洋理工大学访问交流。近年来一直从事半导体光电材料与器件的研究工作,发表SCI论文130余篇,他引5900余次,主持国家级科研项目6项,省厅级项目8项。目前兼任Energy Material Advances、《发光学报》、《光子学报》、《激光与光子学进展》青年编委和Crystals专刊客座编辑;担任Nature、Nature Communications、Advanced Materials等40余种期刊审稿专家。

2. 研究方向:

(1)环境友好型发光材料及光物理:“绿色”发光材料的设计及制备;稳态、瞬态光谱学分析;第一性原理计算。

(2)卤化物钙钛矿光电材料与器件:低维钙钛矿纳米晶合成;全无机钙钛矿基LED和激光器;新型钙钛矿基光电探测器。

(3)宽禁带半导体发光材料与器件:ZnO基紫外LED和激光器件;ZnO/GaN组合结构发光器件。

在Advanced Materials、Nano Letters、ACS Nano、Applied Physics Reviews、Nano Today、Advanced Science和Advanced Functional Materials等期刊已发表SCI学术论文130余篇。其中,以第一/通讯作者身份发表SCI学术论文95篇,包括中科院一区论文62篇,含影响因子大于30.0论文4篇、大于10.0论文36篇、“ESI高被引论文”10篇,并有15篇SCI文章被选为杂志封面。合著英文专著4部(章节);申请发明专利21项,已授权13项。相关工作被科学网、中国科学报、教育部科技发展中心、国家自然科学基金委员会、河南日报、中国半导体照明网等媒体转载报道。
