主要研究方向
肠道包含肠上皮细胞、共生微生物（如细菌、真菌和病毒等）、神经细胞和免疫细胞等；不同细胞间密切协作、精细调控，维持免疫平衡进而促进肠道稳态。免疫细胞功能失调极易引起肠稳态紊乱，诱发肠炎等肠道疾病。固有淋巴样细胞（ILC）是在肠道稳态调控中具有重要作用的一类天然免疫细胞，在临床上其功能异常与IBD及肠癌发生密切相关。我们将利用基因编辑鼠及细菌感染模型，围绕ILC谱系发育及其与肠道微环境互作的分子机制开展研究，阐明ILC功能失调与肠道疾病发生的内在关联。
