主要研究方向

肠道疾病在中国普遍高发,已成大众高度关切的健康问题。本课题组长期从事肠道稳态研究,围绕肠上皮在炎症反应中的修复机制取得了一系列前沿性成果:发现了炎症信号激活肠上皮修复的新机制,并在此基础上利用食源性材料制备了结直肠靶向的炎症干预核酸药物递送系统;针对干细胞修复功能,揭示了肠道静息态干细胞激活和快速增殖干细胞能量供给的关键调控机制;阐明了间充质微环境信号促进肠上皮修复和菌群紊乱破坏肠屏障的机制。以通讯(含共同)作者发表SCI论文29篇,包括Gastroenterology、Gut、2篇Cell Res、EMBO J、PNAS、2篇eLife、2篇Nat Commun 和3篇Cell Rep等。成果获F1000等点评推荐,编写到专著中;授权专利4项。主持国家自然科学基金4项和科技部项目2项;入选教育部新世纪优秀人才。
