个人简介

1995-2000年于沈阳药科大学本科学习,2000-2003年于沈阳药科大学-军事医学科学院生物工程研究所硕士联合培养,2003-2006年于中国科学院上海药物研究所博士培养。2006-2009年复旦大学生物医学研究院博士后,2009-2012年英国利物浦大学博士后,2012-2015年英国邓迪大学博士后,2016-2017年英国伦敦帝国理工学院博士后,2018-2021年英国玛丽女王大学博士后。2021年入职郑州大学。

 

主要研究方向

主要运用晶体衍射、冷冻电镜、核磁共振、小角散射多种生物物理技术研究泛素系统蛋白复合物结构(E1-E2, E2-E3, E3-substrate, Dub-Ub chain)及其相互作用, 并以其为靶点筛选抗肿瘤药物和抗感染药物。
