个人简介

 

●工作经历

 

2003年至今在郑州大学物理工程学院材料物理教育部重点实验室工作。 

 

●教育背景

 

1996.9-2000.7 山西师范大学化学教育专业,获学士学位;

 

2000.9-2003.7 武汉工程大学化学工艺专业,获硕士学位;

 

2007.3-2010.6 中科院合肥物质科学研究院低温等离子体物理专业,获博士学位。

 

●学术成果

 

自工作以来,一直从事薄膜太阳能电池材料和器件的研究,先后承担国家基极2项,省部级项目4项;

 

参与“973”子课题2项,“863”课题2项, 国家基金2项。发表学术论文20余篇,授权发明专利2项。
