申请者近年来一直致力于宽禁带半导体材料与光电器件的研究工作,现已发表SCI学术论文40余篇。其中,以第一作者身份发表SCI学术论文13篇,影响因子大于3.0的文章10篇,代表性文章有Nanoscale、Scientific Reports、Applied Physics Letters、Crystal Growth & Design等,申请发明专利2项。
