●学术成果

长期以来从事低维结构合、光电性能,传感等方面的研究。研究领域主要包括半导体低维结构的合成、器件原形的构建及光电性能、传感、光催化性能的研究。近年,先后在Appl. Phys. Lett.、J. Colloid. Interf. Sci.、Nanotechnology等国际权威或主流刊物上发表SCI学术论文近20篇,并被国内外同行多次引用,申请国家发明专利2项;郑州大学青年骨干教师。

科研方向

(1)纳米光电器件:

主要合成半导体纳米结构,并构筑成各种异质结构功能器件原形,研究其光电性能,以期通过结构形貌等的控制,调控性能,获得高性能的器件原形。

(2)纳电子传感器:

调控合成所需纳米结构传感器,通过改性、复合等手段改善器件性能,获得高灵敏的传感材料或传感器原形。

(3)环境纳米材料:

以纳米结构材料为催化剂,利用电、磁等手段,净化污染水,以期实现高效、易分离、可循环利用的催化结构或手段。

科研项目

(1)以纤维网络为模板的ZnO同轴异质结构网络的合成及光伏特性研究(15A140040)河南省教育厅科技攻关,主持。
