英国埃克塞特大学作为我校的合作伙伴，现联合国家留学基金委推出2023年博士奖学金项目，资助至多50名学生赴埃克塞特大学攻读博士学位，由埃克塞特大学豁免学生学费，留学基金委提供生活费、一次往返国际旅费等费用。具体资助方式及标准以录取文件为准。
本奖学金项目2023年秋季入学的申请工作现已启动，学生需自行联系埃克塞特大学的意向导师并于2023年1月4日前登录埃克塞特大学官网提交申请。经评估和面试，埃克塞特大学将向国家留学基金委提名优秀申请者并通知其本人。获提名申请人后续需通过国家留学基金委线上申请平台递交申请，由留学基金委通知最终奖学金获得者，具体申请时间以留学基金委网站信息为准。
