研究方向

以环境微生物为研究对象,借助高通量测序、qPCRSIP、微生物培养组学、突变体构建等实验技术以及机器学习微生物组学等分析技术,重点关注气候、土地利用方式、施肥措施等环境变化对微生物多样性、稳定性、氮循环功能的影响。

科研项目

主持郑州大学科研启动基金1项,横向课题1项,国家重点实验室开放课题1项;参与多项国家自然科学基金、河南省自然科学基金项目。
