赵长海，男，1967年生，汉族，河南省浚县人。郑州大学图书馆研究馆员，民革郑州大学副主委。1988年7月毕业于中山大学图书馆学系，现为郑州大学图书馆馆长助理，河南省王阳明研究会副会长兼秘书长，河南省姓氏文化研究会家谱委员会副会长。历史学院中国近现代史、信息管理学院图书馆学硕士生导师。河南省第六届优秀青年社科专家，河南省2013年高校哲学社会科学优秀学者。

主要从事古籍版本学、书文化史、地方文献、中原文化的研究教学工作。个人收藏河南地方文献四万余种，与图书馆合作开办河南文献特藏室，创办河南文献网站，被誉为中州私家收藏之冠。先后主持国家社科基金项目3项，教育部人文社科基金项目1项，全国高校古工委重点项目2项。出版专著三部，发表学术论文六十余篇。《新中国古旧书业（1949-2009）获得第六届全国高等学校科学研究优秀成果奖（人文社会科学）著作类三等奖、河南省社会科学优秀成果二等奖。
