报告摘要：

In this talk, some fundamental knowledge on Fractals geometry and dimension theory in Dynamical system is briefly introduced. We then give examples to show how to explore the orbit of some discrete dynamical systems in the view of fractal geometry.

报告题目：Traveling waves for reaction diffusion population models with spatio-temporal delays

报告摘要：

In this talk, I will introduce a class of reaction diffusion equation, which can be used to model some disease spread. Spreading speeds and uniqueness of traveling waves for the equation are systematically investigated. It is shown that there exists a spreading speed  for this equation  such that  is linearly determinate and coincides with the minimal wave speed of traveling waves, and that this equation admits a unique traveling wave (up to translation) with speed  and no traveling wave with .

专家简介：

李文侠, 华东师范大学数学系教授，博士生导师。1993年在武汉大学数学系获理学博士学位, 后赴荷兰Delft理工大学做博士后研究，主要从事分形几何与动力系统研究，部分研究成果曾获教育部自然科学奖一等奖和上海市自然科学奖二等奖。

肖冬梅，上海交通大学数学系教授，博士生导师。1991年在北京大学数学系获理学博士学位, 后赴美国加州大学Berkeley分校做博士后研究，主要从事动力系统分支理论及应用研究，曾获国家自然科学基金杰出青年基金，上海市优秀学科带头人等荣誉。
