1.个人经历:
陈永生,2000年毕业于山西师范大学化学系,获理学学士学位。2003年毕业于武汉工程大学(原武汉化工学院),获工学硕士学位;并于同年7月到郑州大学物理工程学院工作。期间,2007.3-2010.6获中科院合肥物质科学研究院理学博士学位; 2011年4月晋升副教授,获得硕士研究生导师资格。
2.研究方向:
自参加工作以来,一直致力于太阳能电池材料和器件的研究工作,分别对微晶硅薄膜太阳电池、铜锌锡硫薄膜太阳电池、钙钛矿太阳电池的制备和性能进行了系列研究。
3.代表性成果:
主持了国家自然科学基金项目两项(61574129、51007082),省部级项目5项;参与“973”子课题2项,“863”课题2项,国家基金3项。发表论文30篇,其中SCI收录20篇,他引一百五十次以上,授权发明专利3项。
