Professor of Public Management at Aarhus University. My research examines leadership, organizational change, and performance in public organizations, with a particular focus on comparative and China-related contexts.Hehaspublished in leading journals such asPublic Administration Review,Journal of Public Administration Research and Theory, andPublic Management Review.Hehasbeen actively involved in Sino-Danish academic collaboration since 2013 through the Sino-Danish Center.（奥胡斯大学公共管理学教授主要研究公共部门的领导力、组织变革与绩效，尤其关注比较视角及中国相关议题。在《公共管理评论》《公共管理研究与理论学报》《公共管理评论》等顶级期刊发表论文多篇。自2013年起，通过中丹中心深度参与中丹学术合作。）
