周丹萍，河南许昌人，上海交通大学管理学博士，现任郑州大学政治与公共管理学院直聘副研究员。主要研究方向为科技政策与创新管理、数字治理与城市可持续发展。作为核心成员参与国家自科基金项目及多项省部级委托课题。近年来在《Technological Forecasting and Social Change》、《Structural Change and Economic Dynamics》、《Technology Analysis & Strategic Management》、《公共管理评论》、《城市问题》等SSCI/CSSCI期刊发表多篇论文。联系方式：zhoudanping@zzu.edu.cn。
