二、研究方向:凝聚态计算物理、磁学与新型磁性材料与电子器件量子输运
致力于理解二维材料的内禀磁学性质和电学性质,利用电荷、自旋等本征性质,使用第一性原理计算方法设计纳米电子器件、自旋电子器件。目前主要关注二维范德华磁随机存储器、滑移铁电器件以及其中的界面性质预测。已在Nature Ele., Mater. Horiz., Phys. Rev. Appl., Phys. Rev. B,Nanoscale,Adv. Ele. Mater.,ACS Appl. Mater. Inter.,Carbon, Phys. Chem. Chem. Phys.等国际知名杂志发表SCI检索论文50余篇。论文总引用次数突破1900次(来自谷歌学术数据),H因子24。
