个人简介
柳继锋,郑州大学药学院教授,硕士生导师,博士毕业于中国科学院昆明植物研究所,研究方向为基于天然产物的抗耐药菌、抗病毒创新药物研究,即从中药中寻找具有抗菌、抗病毒活性的天然产物,对活性分子进行结构修饰和成药性优化,发现药物先导物。以第一或通讯作者发表论文50余篇,其中在Journal of Medicinal Chemistry, Organic Letters,ACS Infectious Diseases,Bioorganic & Medicinal Chemistry等国际著名期刊发表SCI论文30余篇,作为项目负责人获得了3项国家自然科学基金和3项省级基金的支持。研究方向:① 天然药物化学:活性天然产物的发现、结构优化、机制和成药性研究;② 药物化学:基于中药的创新药物研究。

① 2024 — 2027主持国家自然科学基金面上项目(NSFC No. 82373754):抗多重耐药菌天然木脂素的发现、新型木脂素-抗菌肽模拟偶联物的构建和活性研究(49万元);
② 2020 — 2022主持国家自然科学基金联合基金项目(NSFC-河南联合基金,U1904136):八角属倍半新木脂素类化合物抗多重耐药性金黄色葡萄球菌(MRSA)的发现、构效关系和作用机制研究(49万元);
