主要从事天然产物功能食品研究。具体包括:(1)植物天然产物的分离提取、纯化、组分鉴定;(2)植物天然产物相关活性作用机制研究;(3)功能食品开发,如辐射防护、免疫调节以及抗缺氧等多种特殊功能食品开发。
