1.个人简介

戴明金,物理学院教授,博士生导师,国家级青年人才。2011年至2020年先后于哈尔滨工业大学获学士、博士学位,2021年至2026年先后于新加坡南洋理工大学和新加坡科技研究局从事博士后研究。主要研究方向为低维半导体量子材料、超构表面、中红外光电探测器件。截止目前(2026年),共发表学术论文60余篇;其中以第一/通讯作者在Science Advances、Nature Communications、ACS Nano、Adv. Function. Mater.、Nano Lett.等期刊发表学术论文20余篇;谷歌学术引用4000余次,h-index 36。申请国内外发明专利6项,主持国家自然科学基金青年基金项目、郑州大学科研启动基金等科研项目2项。
