一、基本情况
沈成龙,河南信阳人,1992年生,郑州大学物理学院副研究员/校直聘研究员,硕士研究生导师。2015年本科毕业于郑州大学物理学院,2017年硕士毕业于郑州大学,2021年博士毕业于郑州大学,师从单崇新教授。2021年8月至今在郑州大学物理学院任教。近年来一直从事碳基发光材料及光电器件研究,发表SCI论文40余篇,他引1400余次。主持国家级项目2项,省厅级项目1项。

四、科研成果
迄今共在Light: Sci. Appl.,. Matter, Nano Lett., Adv. Sci., Nano Today等国际一流杂志上发表SCI论文30余篇,累计他引900余次。以第一作者及通讯作者在Light: Sci.Appl.(1篇); Nat. Commun.(1篇); Nano Lett.(1篇); Adv. Sci.(2篇); Nano Today(1篇); Mater. Horiz.(1篇)等重要学术刊物上发表SCI论文25篇,其中影响因子>15的8篇,“ESI高被引论文”4篇,申请国家发明专利8项(授权1项)。
