有机合成方法学。利用金属催化生成C-C键,C-杂键的反应是构筑有机化合物的经典而高效的方法之一,是目前化学界研究的热点。利用过渡金属有机化合物,高效,简便地实现各种官能团的相互转变,力求在反应中实现原子经济性和绿色合成思路,是目前的社会大环境对化学工作者的要求。利用过渡金属有机化合物作催化剂,使惰性的C-H键实现各种官能团的转化,在资源日益匮乏的今天,是新世纪有机化学需要实现的基本社会任务。
