现任中原关键金属实验室副主任、刘炯天院士科研秘书。
主要从事关键金属及能源资源选冶分离过程强化理论与技术研究。主持国家自然科学基金面上项目、青年项目、国家重点研发计划子课题等国家及省部级项目10余项。获教育部科学技术奖一等奖、中国资源综合利用协会科技进步奖一等奖、中国煤炭工业协会科技进步奖一等奖各1项。第一/通讯作者发表论文40余篇，其中SCI、EI收录30篇。国家自然科学基金通讯评审专家、教育部学位论文评审专家、中国有色金属产业技术创新战略联盟专家委员会委员。
